A named rider collects
You get the rider's name, mobile number and plate before he arrives. He photographs the item at pickup, seals it and signs the waybill. The status moves to Picked up and you get a WhatsApp message with the number.
What happens next: pickup inside Abuja within 90 minutes of confirmation.

It is delivered, and proven
At the door we record the recipient's name and a photo of the handover, then mark it Delivered. Cash-on-delivery is transferred to your account by 12:00 the next working day with a line-by-line statement.

Every collection is logged against its tracking number the moment the rider is paid. You receive one transfer and one statement showing drop, recipient, amount and our fee, so a shortfall is traceable to a single delivery instead of a whole week.

Interstate accountability

Interstate consignments are weighed, photographed and sealed at Jabi Park before loading. You get the driver's name and plate number, the departure time, and a status change at each handover — not a park-to-park chain with nobody's name on it.
The outcome: when a customer in Rumuokoro asks where their carton is, you have an answer in ten seconds.

Cover
Interstate and haulage consignments carry goods-in-transit cover against the value you declare at booking. The declared value is printed on your waybill.
Payment
We invoice weekly and collect by bank transfer to our corporate account. Card and USSD are available on request; pay-on-delivery is offered for city drops.

Who this is not for
We will tell you when we are the wrong choice.
- Air freight and international shipping. We do not clear or fly cargo out of Nigeria. For export we will point you to a licensed freight forwarder rather than pretend.
- Cold chain. We have no refrigerated vehicles. Vaccines, frozen goods and anything needing a controlled temperature should go to a cold-chain specialist.
- One parcel a month at the lowest possible price. If price is the only thing that matters and tracking is not, a park bus will beat us on cost.

How fast is same-day in Abuja, really?+
Confirm before 11:00 and the item is delivered that working day, in almost every case before 18:00. A rider is normally at your pickup point within 90 minutes of you confirming. Bookings after 11:00 go out as the first drop the next morning unless you ask for an express run, which is quoted separately.
How do I pay, and when?+
Bank transfer to our corporate account is the normal way and the one we prefer — the account name, bank and number are on your invoice and on the waybill. One-off city drops can be paid on collection. Business route clients are invoiced weekly, payable within seven working days. Card and USSD can be arranged through Paystack if your accounts team needs it.
What happens if something is lost or damaged?+
Declare the value at booking and it is written on the waybill; interstate and haulage consignments carry goods-in-transit cover against that figure. Report an issue within 48 hours of the delivery scan and we open a claim the same day, with the pickup and handover photographs attached. We do not carry cash, jewellery or undeclared high-value electronics.
Do you handle cash on delivery for online sellers?+
Yes, on the Business route. Our rider collects the amount you specify at the door, and the total is transferred to your account by 12:00 the next working day with a statement listing each drop, the recipient, the amount collected and our fee. If a customer refuses the item, it comes back to you the same evening at no extra charge.
Where do the tracking numbers come from?+
Each item gets one number in the format JBL-2026-004812 at the moment we confirm your booking. It is printed on the waybill and sent to you on WhatsApp. Status only ever moves through Booked, Picked up, In transit, Out for delivery and Delivered — the same five names on the waybill, in our messages and on this page.
Can you store my stock?+
We hold a secure room at the Jabi Park office for Business route clients — up to 2 cubic metres included, more by arrangement. We pick and dispatch from it on your instruction, so you are not driving to Utako every morning. It is dry storage only; nothing perishable.
